Shipping: All orders are shipped using USPS first class. If you need other accommodations, please contact me. Sally Ann Creek Co is not accountable for items that USPS has lost in the mail. Refunds will not be provided for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges will not be granted for any custom orders. However, if you are dissatisfied with your please contact me- my goal is to dress you in the perfect hat that makes you shine. For non-custom orders, exchanges and returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted for items worn for more than trying them on for fit and size. After I have received the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Cancelations: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting the order.
Care Instructions: All products are sewn with love and are safe to wash in cold water. Items can be dried using your dryer or laid flat to dry. It's mostly just personal preference. The dryer can be a little harder on materials but it also helps tighten up the strings after washing. It it helps you decide- I dry my own items.
Custom Orders: I have the right to decline any custom order. I do not accept any national sports league customs. That means no NBA, NFL, NHL, WNBA, or MLB. Pricing can be tricky to determine beforehand on a custom. However, I will always stay within your budget as long as we determine pricing beforehand. A half-down deposit is required on all custom orders to ensure you are serious. The rest of the payment is due upon its completion.
Custom orders tend to take a significant amount of time to complete. I will do my best to periodically update you on the process. If you need your custom by a specific date, please let me know your timeframe when you place your order.
